This is to serve as notice of my intention to run for the following position (check all that apply). Each candidate may run for a maximum of two (2) offices. Each candidate may run only for one executive office position and only one Senate position. Qualifications are listed below.

By checking the box below, I understand that it is my right, per the Huntingdon College SGA Constitution, to change my choice of Office for which I intend to run. I also understand that any changes to this form after it is submitted must be made
by the end of the Qualification Hearing.

Qualifications for an Executive Cabinet Position
Must be classified as a full-time student in good standing with a cumulative grade point average of at least a 2.75 as computed and recorded by the Office of the Registrar;failure to maintain the qualifying GPA or good standing with Huntingdon College will result in removal from office.
Must not concurrently hold any office in another branch of the SGA.
Must have been enrolled at Huntingdon College as a full time student for at least one semester prior to the elections for Executive branch
of the SGA must have:
1) been a voting member of Senate at the minimum of 16 meetings of the SGA Senate,
2) previously served as a member of the Executive Cabinet and received 6 stipends for that service before assuming office, or
3) received 3 stipends for Executive Cabinet service and must have been on the roll as a voting member of the SGA Senate for at least 8 meetings before assuming office.
should complete a training session by the Dean of Students and the outgoing officer after being elected and prior to taking office for Treasurer and Secretary.
Qualifications for a Senate/Class Officer Position
Must be classified as a full-time student in good standing with a cumulative grade point average of at least a 2.75 as computed and recorded by the Office of the Registrar; failure to maintain the qualifying GPA or good standing with Huntingdon College will result in removal of office.
A student running, elected, or appointed for Academic department Senate position must be registered (recorded in Office of the Registrar) in a major under said department.
A student running, elected, or appointed for class officers must be classified (by the Office of the Registrar) in the said class.
A student running, elected, or appointed for a Residential Senate position must live in on-campus housing during his/her whole term in office.
A student running, elected, or appointed for a Commuter Senate position must live off-campus during his/her whole term in office
By submitting this form, I do hereby declare my participation in the upcoming SGA Elections for the 2018-2019 term of office. My participation in the forthcoming election will be undertaken in accordance with and will be governed by all applicable Huntingdon College policies and campus regulations and the SGA Constitution and Bylaws. I acknowledge that these rules also apply to my Campaign Staff and Supporters, and are based upon the conduct of both myself and my Supporters. A copy of the official SGA Constitution and Bylaws can be found on the Huntingdon College SGA website (huntingdonsga.org). By submitting this form, I agree to participate in this election in an ethical manner and understand that my academic record will be checked to verify my GPA.
